Job summary

ARAS DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team across multiple sites. You will supervise staff, schedule tasks, train personnel, and ensure inventory of cleaning supplies is well managed. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong organizational skills.

Six-day work week with islandwide location coverage; salary range SGD 3,500–SGD 5,000 per month. Applicants with transport are preferred and onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of supervisory experience in cleaning operations.
• Own transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage cleaning staff.
• Create work schedules and assign cleaning tasks.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory.
• Oversee operational and manpower planning and deployment.
• Perform on-site supervisory duties.
