Job summary

MAX-VALUE BUILDING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and coordinate cleaning operations across multiple sites in Singapore.

You will plan, supervise crews, manage inventories, and ensure service quality to meet client requirements. The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in commercial cleaning, strong leadership, and good IT skills (MS Excel). You will attend client meetings, train staff, and report to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of working experience in the cleaning service industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervision capabilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the general cleaning process, including planning, coordinating, executing tasks, and supervising cleaning crews across multiple job sites.
• Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties to team members effectively.
• Manage and maintain inventory and cleaning equipment across various job sites.
• Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and develop positive client relationships.
• Ensure team training aligns with client requirements and review work orders for timely completion.
• Respond to and report any operational incidents to the office and clients.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Manage and maintain inventory and cleaning equipment across various job sites.
• Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ensure that cleaning team members are properly trained and that their skills align with client requirements.
• Review work orders to ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.
• Respond to and report any operational incidents to the office and clients.
• Assist to move equipment and products.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager.
• Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level/Professional Certificate/NITEC qualification, with at least 3-10 years of working experience in the cleaning service industry preferred.
• Strong industry knowledge in commercial cleaning and disinfection.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent leadership skills with strong initiative; able to analyse situations and think flexibly.
• Supervisory skills to manage and guide cleaning staff.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in email and Microsoft Excel.

Other Information:

• 6 working days per week
• Salary: S$2,700 to $4,000 (Based on experience)
• Location: Multiple locations / islandwide (in Singapore)
