Job summary

7R ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee construction activities, manage crews, and ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating schedules, inspecting works, and enforcing quality standards to meet project deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in building construction, be able to handle high-pressure situations, and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of practical working experience in local building construction industry.
• Fresh candidates are also welcome.
• Must be contactable by mobile at any time, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work long hours, night shifts, overtime and Sunday work if required.
• Stay calm and maintain quality output under time constraints or high-pressure scenarios.
• Able to build and lead strong unified teams in diverse multi-cultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.

• Meet operational standards by resolving problems, contributing information to strategic plans, and identifying improvements
• Maintain healthy and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards and complying with legal regulations
• Prevent interruptions and fines by enforcing and fulfilling codes
