Job summary

EXPLOMO CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure projects meet plans and schedules in Singapore.

You will oversee safety, quality, and progress, while maintaining clear communication with project teams and clients. The role requires reading technical drawings, managing resources, and reporting progress regularly. Ideal candidates will have Higher Nitec or above in a related field, proven site supervision

Qualifications

• Must have Higher Nitec or above in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience as Site Supervisor or similar construction role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work meets project plans and specs.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality.
• Review drawings and technical documents for proper execution.
• Monitor material usage and availability of resources on site.
• Prepare progress reports for project management (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Ensure work aligns with company policies and client requirements.
• Attend site meetings and communicate updates to relevant parties.
• Verify completed work and adherence to QC procedures.
• Manage workforce allocation and supervise site productivity.
• Maintain accurate site records (inspections, incidents, progress).
• Support project managers in achieving objectives within budget and timeline.

Key Requirements

• Higher Nitec and above in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience if any as a Site Supervisor or similar construction role.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction project documentation.
• Valid safety certifications preferred (if required by local regulations); BCSS, Work at Height etc
• Class 3 License Required
• Willing to travel to different work sites
• Willing to work outside normal office hours including weekends and public holidays, as and when required.
