Job summary

NISA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on site supervisor to oversee interior design, building and upgrading works.

The role requires reading drawings, attending site walks and client meetings, and coordinating worker transport with a valid driving licence. Night shifts may be required and you will report worker time cards and reports to the office every 15 days. You will also contribute to progress claims and ensure timely payroll documentation, while performing other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Able to understand and read drawings.
• Supervise interior design, building and upgrading works.
• Attend site walks and client meetings.
• Provide driving licence and transport workers as needed.
• Able to work night shifts and manage shifts.
• Submit worker reports and time cards for payroll.

Responsibilities

• Attend site walks and client meetings as required.
• Coordinate transport for workers using a valid driving licence.
• Work night shifts when scheduled.
• Submit worker reports to the office every 15 days for salary calculation.
• Keep accurate records of worker time cards and submit to payroll every 15 days.
• Prepare progress claims and submit progress reports to the office.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
