Job summary

PRELIM CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD seeks a capable Supervisor (Building Construction/Project) to support the project team on site. You will assist with on-site matters, lead and supervise workers, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.

You must have recognized certificates, 1–2 years of local construction experience, and a valid driving licence. Singaporean applicants are preferred. This role involves daily on-site duties and adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Recognized or related work skill certificates.
• 1–2 years construction trade experiences in Singapore.
• Must have Driving Licence.
• Preferred Singaporean to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team on site matters.
• Handle building projects and maintenance/defects (A&A works).
• Coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Lead and supervise workers on site.
• Ensure compliance with site works and safety regulations.
• Daily ferrying of workers between dormitory and site.
• Oversee direct workforce for day-to-day site operations.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Responsibilities:

• to assist in Project team on site matters
• on building projects assigned
• on maintenance and defects, A&A works
• co-ordination of sub-contractors and suppliers
• able to lead & supervise workers on site
• comply with the site works and safety regulations and rules
• daily ferrying workers to-&-fro from dormitory to site
• supervising of direct workforce on day-to-day operation of project
• any other works as & when directed by the Management or your Superior

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years construction trade experiences in Singapore
