Job summary

NISA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee interior design, building, and upgrading works. The role requires reading drawings, coordinating with workers, and attending site walks and client meetings.

The candidate should be able to drive and pick up workers from dormitories to sites and back, and be available for night shifts. You will also manage time cards and submit reports every 15 days for salary calculations and progress claims.

• Able to understand and read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise interior design works, building works and upgrading works.
• Attend site walk and client meetings.
• Provide driving licence and pick workers from dormitory to site and site to dormitory.
• Able to work night shift.
• Submit worker reports to office for salary calculation (every 15 days).
• Keep records for worker time cards and submit to office every 15 days.
• Submit work progress reports to office for progress claims.
• Any other duties assigned by management.
