Job summary

RAPID OUTSOURCING ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the receiving, inspection, sorting, storage and release of catering equipment and assets at multiple locations across Singapore. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced operations environment.

You will monitor inventory, coordinate movements with production and dispatch, plan daily manpower, ensure safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvements to service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, production, or supervisory roles.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage daily operational activities.

• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, inspection, sorting, storage and release of catering equipment and assets.

• Investigate discrepancies, shortages and workflow issues; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and service standards.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Salary:
SGD $3,600 - $4,200 per month

Location: Multiple locations across Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the receiving, inspection, sorting, storage, and release of catering equipment and operational assets.
• Monitor inventory levels, equipment movements, and stock accuracy to support operational requirements.
• Coordinate equipment availability with production, dispatch, and operational teams according to flight schedules.
• Plan daily manpower deployment and supervise staff performance, productivity, and adherence to work procedures.
• Ensure equipment meets cleanliness, quality, and operational standards before release for use.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Investigate operational discrepancies, equipment shortages, and workflow issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service standards.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of operational challenges.
