Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Full-Time Operations Supervisor to oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and release of catering equipment across multiple Singapore locations.

You will monitor stock levels, coordinate with production and dispatch teams, and plan daily manpower while ensuring safety, hygiene, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, production, or supervisory roles.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving, inspection, sorting, storage, and release of catering equipment and operational assets.
• Monitor inventory levels, equipment movements, and stock accuracy to support operational requirements.
• Coordinate equipment availability with production, dispatch, and operational teams according to flight schedules.
• Plan daily manpower deployment and supervise staff performance, productivity, and adherence to work procedures.
• Ensure equipment meets cleanliness, quality, and operational standards before release for use.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Investigate operational discrepancies, equipment shortages, and workflow issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service standards.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of operational challenges.

Salary: SGD $3,600 - $4,200 per month
