Job summary

ACE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring a supervisor for our food production/kitchen operations at Changi, Singapore. You will supervise daily meal production, lead production staff, and ensure targets, quality and food safety standards are met.

The role requires shift work, weekend availability, and strong coordination skills in a fast-paced production environment. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

• Experience in food production, catering or kitchen operations.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading role preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily meal production and kitchen operations.
• Lead and manage production staff during shifts.
• Ensure production targets, quality and food safety standards are met.
• Manage manpower deployment and work allocation.
• Handle ground staff issues and operational matters.
• Provide on-ground support during manpower shortfalls or operational issues.
• Prepare and follow up on incident reports.
• Conduct staff briefings and ensure SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Location: Changi

Salary: $2500-$3000/Month

Leave: 10 Days AL | 14 Days MC | 60 Days HL

Work Arrangement

• 4 days/week - 12-hour shifts, or
• 5.5 days/week - 9-hour shifts
• Weekend work is required
• Working hours are subject to operational requirements
