Job summary

SINGAPORE TAKADA INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a capable site supervisor to manage piping, fabrication and field construction activities on our Singapore projects. The role involves coordinating daily site operations, supervising workers and contractors, ensuring safety and schedule adherence, and preparing daily site reports for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, has 8+ years of relevant experience, can read/write/speak Japanese, and is able to work overtime and

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in process piping, fabrication and field construction is preferred.
• Able to read/write/speak in Japanese.
• Able to work overtime.
• Able to work independently and meet tight project schedule.

Responsibilities

• Arrange daily work schedule and assign tasks to workers and contractors.
• Supervise workers & contractors to carry out piping, fabrication and other work activities in accordance to requirements.
• Ensure all work activities or operations are carried out safely and on schedule.
• Co-ordinate site activities on daily basis and monitor closely on work progress.
• Perform regular inspection of site.
• Organise equipment & manpower necessary to complete the project.
• Prepare daily site reports and other records.
• Carry out other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by superior.
