Job summary

BEST CASA PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Site Foreman to coordinate daily workforce, record timecards, and assist the main contractor in inspecting rebar and formwork. The role involves enforcing quality, budget, and schedule targets across construction sites.

You will oversee the construction team, order materials, schedule equipment maintenance, and train new staff, with on-site first aid for emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Able to start work ASAP.
• Able to view drawings.
• Interest in safety practices and site compliance.

Responsibilities

• Arrange workers daily and record timecards.
• Follow main contractor to inspect rebar and formwork.
• Control quality, budget, and site progress.
• Work overtime when required.
• Inspect construction sites to identify safety hazards.
• Oversee projects, supervise team, order supplies, and schedule equipment maintenance.
• Train new workers and provide basic first aid in emergencies.

1. Arrange the workers to work daily, and record the timecard for workers every day, courting the salary at end of the month,
2. Follow the main contractor to inspection the rebar and formwork
3. Control the quality /budget/site progress
4. Can work over time
5. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
6. oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The general foreman responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.

Requirement:

• Able to start work immediately or ASAP.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
