Job summary

YA XING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and on-site workers in Singapore. You will coordinate with engineers, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure work is performed per drawings, schedule, and safety rules.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage manpower, tools, and materials, and willingness to work long hours, weekends, and night shifts, including day & night rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years experience on construction site supervision.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage workers firmly.
• Willing to work long hours, overtime, weekends, and night shifts.

• Supervise daily construction activities and site workers.

• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, schedule, and safety requirements.

• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with WSH regulations.
• Work at height and oversee high-risk activities.
