Job summary

CHONG ELECTRICAL SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supervisor to monitor and coordinate site work progress, plan project schedules, and ensure construction aligns with drawings and contracts. The role requires guiding workers on site and readiness to work Sundays and night shifts.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction, including electrical works, with a proactive, hardworking attitude and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience on-site.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Hardworking and good working attitude.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of site work progress to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Project schedule planning, material procurement schedule and planning.
• Ensure all construction is done according to contract specifications and construction drawings.
• Guide workers in their tasks.
• Willing to work on Sunday and night shifts.
• Attend coordinating meetings with customers to present products/services, discuss feedback, and resolve issues.
• Monitor work progress and report back to the project manager.
• Knowledge and experience in handling electrical works.
