Job summary

SREE RAM TECO PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site supervisor to oversee all activities on the construction site in Singapore. The role requires supervising sub-contractors and in-house workers, ensuring work aligns with construction drawings and project timelines.

You will coordinate with site operations staff, monitor progress and quality, and ensure compliance with project scope. You will lead the team and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager to keep the project on track.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Coordinate with site operations to meet project schedule.
• Ensure installation follows construction drawings.
• Monitor progress and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and scope.
• Lead workers in site activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Manager.
