Job summary

TJS Engineer Work Pte. Ltd. Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to support Project Managers in planning, coordinating and monitoring projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

You will oversee site operations, workers and subcontractors, lead installation teams, conduct regular inspections and address technical discrepancies. Shift work and weekend duties are required, with hands-on coaching for new workers.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Ability to monitor site operations, workers and contractors.
• Hands-on coaching and training for new workers on formwork and rebar.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of projects from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
• Assist to manage and monitor site operations, workers and contractors.
• Lead and manage installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of projects and solutions.
• Evaluate and resolve discrepancies and problems arising at the site (Technical matters).
• Supervise the site works on a day-to-day basis and issues relating to a given project.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specifications and work schedule
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors
• To manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers
• shift work and weekend duty is required
• hands-on for site work such as formwork & rebar practical coaching and training for new workers
