Job summary

YONG SHENG FOOD MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on kitchen supervisor to oversee food preparation and ensure staff perform their duties in line with the company’s health, sanitation, and quality standards.

You will collaborate with kitchen teams to maintain high food quality and safe operation of equipment. The role requires coordinating central kitchen activities, supervising cleaning tasks, preventing equipment damage, and ensuring central kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties.
• Ensured that the production meet health, sanitation, and quality standards set by the company.
• Work with staff in areas of cleaning kitchen equipment and preventing damage and injury.
• Work with the central kitchen staff to ensure that central kitchen runs effectively, and have to be experts at ensuring food quality and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Monitor equipments quality and make sure the equipments are runing in good conditions.
