EK EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced team leader to manage daily shift schedules, assign tasks, delegate workloads, and ensure deadlines and business goals are met.

You will train and onboard new hires, provide continuous performance feedback, and support employee development while monitoring work quality and attendance and enforcing safety policies.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in a team leadership or operational role.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills are essential.
• Proficiency with basic computer/office software is required.

• Team Leadership & Coaching:Train and onboard new hires, provide continuous performance feedback, and support employee development.
• Performance & Compliance:Monitor work quality and attendance, conduct performance appraisals, and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Conflict Resolution:Mediate staff disputes, handle customer escalations, and maintain a positive working environment.
• Reporting:Relay updates, performance records, and operational challenges between frontline staff and senior management.

Key Requirements & Skills

Education:High school diploma, Nitec, or Diploma; a degree in business or a related field is preferred by some employers.

Experience:Generally 1 to 3 years of experience in a team leadership or operational role.

Skills:Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, conflict management, and basic computer/office software proficiency.
