Job summary

SRI LOTUS CATERING & SERVICES PTE. LTD.

in Singapore is seeking a capable Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide service staff, and uphold high standards of hygiene and customer service. You will manage staff schedules, assist with inventory and reporting, support the manager during peak periods, train new employees, and ensure smooth service flow across all shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• No formal academic qualification required.
• Experience in F&B preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to supervise and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of F&B operations, hygiene and safety.
• Ability to work weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations.
