Job summary

6 BREW KOPI PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible coffeeshop supervisor to manage overall workflow and uphold service standards in a fast-paced setting in Singapore.

You will supervise staff, assist stall tenants, handle customer complaints, and ensure hygiene and safety compliance, with shifts including weekends. Hands-on coffee preparation skills are preferred, and a customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coffee preparation and beverage handling experience.
• Experience supervising staff and ensuring hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle the management of coffeeshop overall work flow and maintain its standard of operation.
• Oversee staff arrangement and provide supervision and guidance to staff on beverage/food handling and hygiene and compliance to its standard.
• Hands-on coffee making skills preferred.
• Support stall tenants and manage their needs.
• Monitor daily sales and report to manager.
• Handle customer complaints and daily issues.
• Able to work in shift and weekend.
• Customer service oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
