Job summary

69 Brew Kopi Pte. Ltd. is seeking a cafe supervisor to oversee the coffee shop's daily workflow and ensure operational standards. The role includes supervising staff, monitoring beverage quality, and reporting to the manager.

The candidate should be capable of hands-on coffee preparation, assist stall tenants, handle customer complaints, and work in shifts including weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Supervise staff and manage staff arrangements.
• Ensure beverage and food handling meets hygiene standards.
• Prior experience with coffee preparation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle the management of coffeeshop overall work flow and maintain its standard of operation.
• Responsible in overseeing staff arrangement and provide supervision and guidance to staff on beverage/food handling and hygiene and compliance to its standard.
• Hands on making coffee skills preferred.
• Able to provide help to stall tenants and manage their needs.
• Monitoring of daily sales and report to manager
• Able to handle customer complaints and daily issues.
• MUST be able to work in shift and weekend
