Qualifications

• Certification: Must hold a valid state license or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven work experience as a beautician, cosmetologist, or in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of hair styling, skincare treatments, makeup application, and nail care; balayage, microdermabrasion, lash extensions are a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build client rapport.
• Customer Service: Strong commitment to top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for high-quality results in all treatments.

Responsibilities
