MU SPA in Singapore is seeking a beauty professional to provide facial and skincare services, waxing, and related beauty treatments to clients. You will uphold high hygiene standards, prepare rooms and equipment, and ensure a courteous, professional customer experience.

The role requires knowledge of current beauty treatments, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Commitment to learning and maintaining service quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in beautician or beauty therapist roles is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of facial, skincare, waxing and related beauty services.
• Maintaining high personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Customer-service orientation with ability to build rapport with clients.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Deliver facial, skincare, body treatments, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash services in line with salon standards.
• Perform treatments professionally and safely per company procedures.
• Keep treatment rooms and equipment clean and hygienic at all times.
• Prepare rooms, equipment and products before and after each appointment.
• Handle customer inquiries with courteous service.
• Stay updated on current beauty trends, techniques and products.
• Assist with general salon duties as needed.
• Follow safety, hygiene and company policies consistently.
• Aim to meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide beauty treatments such as facials, skin care treatments, body treatments, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash services, and other services offered by the salon/spa.

• Perform treatments professionally and safely according to company procedures and service standards.

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas.

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before and after each appointment.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide courteous and professional customer service.

• Maintain knowledge of current beauty treatments, techniques, and products.

• Assist with general salon/spa duties when required.

• Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

• Meet service quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of facial, skincare, waxing, and other beauty treatments.

• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-service oriented and able to build good relationships with clients.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Responsible, punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.
