Job summary

CAREER LINK CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor in Singapore to supervise and coordinate daily site activities across structural, architectural, and M&E works, ensuring alignment with shop drawings, method statements, and specs.

You will lead a team of workers and subcontractors, monitor quality and safety, prepare daily progress and manpower reports, and liaise with site engineers and authorities to keep projects on schedule while upholding WSH regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites and coordinating activities across disciplines.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and method statements.

Job description

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including structural, architectural, and M&E works as per project requirements.

Lead and manage a team of general workers, skilled workers, and subcontractors on site.

Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and specifications.

Monitor workmanship, material usage, and ensure quality control at all stages.

Assist Project Manager in planning daily and weekly work schedules and allocating manpower and machinery.

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Safety Officers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Check and receive materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage and inventory.

Report site progress, delays, and issues to Project Manager.

Enforce strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, MOM requirements, and company safety policies.

Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and ensure workers use proper PPE.

Identify hazards, rectify unsafe practices, and report accidents / incidents immediately.

Ensure site is kept clean, safe, and organized at all times.

Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and site diaries.

Record work done, variations, and maintain site records and checklists.

Assist in site inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities

Ensure site documentation and permits are up to date.
