Job summary

JUAN FOOT REFLEXOLOGY invites qualified therapists to join our on-site Singapore team. You will perform massage services, maintain sanitation, document client files, and assist guests to treatment rooms, ensuring a high standard of customer care.

Responsibilities include participating in meetings, keeping treatment spaces clean, and complying with all hygiene, health, and safety regulations to uphold service quality.

• Set up workstations and ensure cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.
• Assist in keeping linens clean and tidy, replacing them between sessions as needed.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain proper hygiene standards.
• Document and maintain client files accurately.
• Acknowledge and respond to client inquiries, needs, and expectations.
• Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Consult with clients to recommend appropriate massage services.
• Provide massage services as outlined in the service brochure.
• Maintain accurate records and file documentation.
• Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
• Uphold hygiene standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
