Job summary

MANCHU REFLEXOLOGY in Singapore seeks attentive massage/service staff to join our team. The role involves welcoming guests, maintaining clean treatment spaces, and delivering massage services per brochure.

You will manage client files, ensure hygiene, and uphold safety standards while providing excellent customer care and coordinating with guests to ensure a smooth experience.

• Set up workstations and ensure cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.

• Acknowledge and respond to client inquiries, needs, and expectations.

• Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
