Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Subscription Services Operations Specialist to support the renewals lifecycle. You will collaborate with Renewal, Sales and Finance to optimize renewal rates and co-term alignments, while ensuring data accuracy in internal systems.

The role emphasizes process improvements, strong communication with partners and account managers, and accurate handling of installed base data to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales operations or contract administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and backend support to Renewal Specialists for seamless renewals.
• Coordinate pipeline readiness through account mapping and territory alignment.
• Route inquiries from a high-volume renewal inbox to owners.
• Quote and validate subscription renewal opportunities for assigned territory.
• Track activity in Salesforce from early stages to renewal closure.
• Collaborate with Renewal, Sales and Finance to align co-terms with renewals.
