Job summary

XUAN LI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent site support worker to assist project coordination from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality. The role focuses on aiding planning, monitoring, and smooth operation on site under supervision.

You will support supervising staff, supervise on-site workers and contractors, assist with site safety and materials control, and handle general tasks as needed to keep projects progressing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Having relevant working experience in construction industry / project site work is beneficial.
• Able to read and write in simple English is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment.
• Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills.
• Can multitask, must help to do general work if required.
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
• Possess good work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project coordinator/manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth project implementation from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
• Assist to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors.
• Support effective site administration including site safety and control of materials and machinery on site.
• Support the Project supervisor and manager as needed.
• Ensure smooth job operations.
• Rectify and supervise works done on site.
• Other duties as assigned.
