Job summary

ABC Cooking Studio Singapore Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Studio Assistant / Receptionist to support daily studio operations at Scotts Square Mall.

You will manage ingredients inventory, stock checks, and presentation standards while keeping the studio clean and well-organised. You will greet walk-in customers, assist with lesson scheduling, handle front-desk tasks, and aid the studio manager with lesson registrations and payments when needed.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.
• Willing to cover when dishwasher is on leave.

Responsibilities

• Manage ingredients storage and stock checks, ensuring proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of studio area.
• Greet walk-in customers and assist with lesson scheduling.
• Assist front desk tasks and support payments or registrations when required.
• Support daily studio operations on an ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Studio Assistant Duties:
  • Ingredients division and storage of the products received from suppliers
  • Responsible in stock checking & stock level monitoring
  • Ensure ingredients are packed according to the requirements and consistent in the presentations
  • Maintain and ensure studio cleanliness
  • Support other related daily studio operations on ad-hoc basis
• Receptionist Duties
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries and lesson scheduling
  • Manage front-desk operations, including answering phone calls and handling administrative tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
  • Assist studio manager to key regular lessons to the Abbey system
  • Assist studio manager in handling and processing payments or registration when required

Requirements:

• Physically able to handle some lifting and standing
• Positive attitude & team player
• Available to cover when dishwasher is on leave
