Job summary

Hong Ying International Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Centre Manager to lead staff, oversee programme delivery and student welfare.

You will ensure safety and hygiene standards, build relationships with parents and students, and drive enrolment through quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, a degree in Education or related field, and Chinese communication with students and parents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Education, Business, Early Childhood or Student Care.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, ideally overseeing a class in early childhood.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent candidate to nurture students and build cohesive teams.
• Chinese language communication with students and parents is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee programme delivery, tuition scheduling, and student welfare.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and operational standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.
• Drive student enrolment and retention through quality service delivery.
• Recruitment of staff in accordance to the Company's policy.
• Plan and execute events and student engagement activities.
• Take charge of logistics for events and other outdoor activities.
• Attend meetings and correspondence with school officials.
