Job summary

Hong Ying International Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable supervisor to lead staff, manage day-to-day operations, and oversee programme delivery for students.

You will ensure safety and hygiene standards, build strong relationships with parents and students, and drive enrolment through quality service. The role requires a minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in early childhood, with strong leadership and bilingual communication in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in education, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in early childhood.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about nurturing students and building cohesive teams.
• Must communicate in Chinese with students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee programme delivery, tuition scheduling, and student welfare.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and operational standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents and students.
• Drive student enrolment and retention through quality service delivery.
• Recruit staff in accordance with the Company's policy.
• Plan and execute events and student engagement activities.
• Take charge of logistics for events and other outdoor activities.
• Attend meetings and correspondence with school officials.
