Job summary

SEACARE MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Student Management Officer for a 2-month contract, starting immediately. The role focuses on supporting student conduct, addressing bullying and peer-conflict cases, and maintaining accurate case records within a school environment.

You will work in a school setting from Monday to Friday with varied morning to early-afternoon hours, handle sensitive matters professionally, and escalate serious issues to appropriate school personnel

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant fields preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience working with children/youths.
• Good communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Mature and patient, able to handle sensitive matters professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support student conduct, bullying and peer-conflict cases.
• Conduct fact-finding, student engagement and case documentation.
• Support conflict resolution and parent communication under guidance.
• Supervise students during recess, detention and designated activities.
• Escalate serious or sensitive cases to relevant school personnel.
