Job summary

SEACARE MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Student Management Officer for a 3-Month Contract in Singapore. The role focuses on supervising students, supporting behavioural and emotional needs, and liaising with staff and parents. Start in Sep 2026 with an end in Nov 2026.

The candidate will work Mondays to Fridays with specific detention and after-school times, and must handle challenging behaviours calmly and maintain a caring communication style.

Qualifications

• Experience with primary school-aged children preferred.
• Experience in student management, pastoral care or behaviour management is an advantage.
• Able to manage challenging behaviours calmly and confidently.
• Patient, caring with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during recess and school activities.
• Support students with behavioural and emotional needs.
• Conduct student check-ins and follow up on concerns.
• Facilitate restorative conversations, detention and guided reflection.
• Liaise with teachers, Year Heads, Counsellors and parents.
• Document interventions and support plans.
• Support home visits when required.
