Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in youth work, education, counselling, social services, student welfare or behavioural support preferred.
• Experience in security services (SPF, SAF, SCDF) preferred.
• Strong behaviour-management, conflict-resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Good spoken and written English for communication, incident reports and record‑keeping.
• Ability to undertake regular patrols, prolonged standing/walking and student supervision safely.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews; review evidence and document statements.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain case records; analyse disciplinary trends.
• Liaise with the Student Management Committee and Form Teachers on investigation outcomes and follow-up.
• Supervise in-school/after-school detention, suspension, corrective work and restorative activities; ensure academic work is completed.
• Patrol school premises and vicinity during transitions; report safety or behavioural concerns promptly.
• Build rapport and identify students needing guidance; intervene early to prevent disputes.
• Promote accountability and respectful relationships through empathetic engagement.
