Job summary

IET Pte. Ltd. is seeking a School Patrol Supervisor in Singapore to ensure discipline and safety during school hours. You will conduct patrols, supervise students, assist with investigations, and maintain records while supporting student development programs and events.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and reporting. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 GCE N-Level passes including English (or 3 O-Level passes with English).
• Alternatively, at least 5 years in youth work/child/youth social service or qualifying SPF experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school patrols and supervise students to maintain discipline and safety.
• Supervise detention, reflection sessions, and community service activities.
• Assist investigations by gathering information and reviewing CCTV footage.
• Maintain discipline records and prepare follow-up reports.
• Support student development programs, after-school activities and school events.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct school patrols and supervise students within school and nearby areas to ensure discipline and safety
• Supervise students during detention, reflection sessions, and community service activities to maintain order
• Assist with student incident investigations by gathering information, reviewing CCTV footage, and maintaining accurate records
• Maintain student discipline records, including late-coming data, and prepare reports for follow-up actions
• Support student development programs, after-school activities, and school events to promote positive student behaviour

Required competencies and certifications

• Achieve at least 5 GCE N-Level passes including Grade B in English, or 3 GCE O-Level passes including Grade C in English
• Alternatively, possess at least 5 years of relevant youth work, child/youth social service experience, or qualifying SPF experience as specified in the tender

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, and student behaviour management skills to engage effectively with students
• Proficiently use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Excel for documentation and reporting
• Experience in student engagement, youth work, or policing is preferred
• Video production skills are an advantage
