Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Student Services Coordinator to manage the full student journey from enrolment to graduation, serving as the primary contact for students and academic partners to ensure smooth programme delivery.

You will coordinate orientation, enrolment, invoicing, attendance, partner communications, reassessments, graduations, and student support across channels, contributing to a positive student experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run student orientation; manage student accounts and enrolment
• Advise on academic pathways; ensure accurate term module enrolment
• Issue invoices, monitor payments; assign tutorials; monitor pass validity
• Track attendance; follow up on low attendance; conduct class visits
• Liaise with academic partners on admin matters and payments
• Coordinate reassessment schedules with the examinations team
• Ensure End-of-Course Evaluations are completed; update records
• Support graduation ceremonies and open house events
• Counsel on deferment, withdrawal, and transfers; handle student enquiries across channels
• Support other ad-hoc duties as needed
