Job summary

ST.HUA PRIVATE SCHOOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Student Engagement Executive to support student engagement and programme operations in Singapore.

You will interact with prospective students, share information about training programmes, and assist with enrolment activities while gaining practical experience in student relations and business processes. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling administrative tasks, and delivering friendly support throughout the student

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate in a business-related field.
• Students from NUS, NTU, SIM or related institutions preferred.
• Credit-bearing internship/LOA/work-study applicants welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide information on training programmes and support enrolment.
• Follow up with prospective students and assist with enquiries.
• Deliver friendly and professional support throughout the student journey.
• Coordinate student and programme matters with internal teams.
• Prepare quotations, reports and administrative documents.
• Maintain student records and data accuracy.
• Liaise with trainers and staff to support programme operations.
• Provide general student engagement and administrative support as required.
