is seeking a Senior Executive / Executive – Student Services (International) for a 1-year contract, with potential renewal or conversion based on headcount. Based in Central Singapore and relocating to Paya Lebar / Tai Seng around Q2 2027, the role supports international students with pre-departure briefings, student pass data entry, and coordinating insurance and wellbeing events.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline or a diploma with 2 years relevant experience.
• Private Education industry experience 1–2 years would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-departure and arrival briefings for international students.
• Coordinate with outsourced vendors to ensure application and Student Pass data entry is completed on time and accurately.
• Organise Integration and Student Wellbeing Events for new local and international students.
• Answer Student Pass mailbox.
• Update documents, financial records and presentation slides.
• Manage administration of inpatient and outpatient student medical insurance.
• Liaise with Business Units to coordinate student registration for insurance.
• Manage student enquiries on insurance update statistics.
• Manage Meet & Greet Services, including scheduling arrangements for Airport Pick-up, Medical and Student Pass Collections.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
• Communicate and provide regular updates to current students through social media and webpage.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
