Job summary

Sunnyhill Ace is seeking a dedicated Discipline & Operations Support staff to assist in recording student attendance issues, supervising detentions, and conducting campus safety patrols. You will work with teachers to investigate incidents and guide students in disciplinary matters.

The role requires engaging with teenagers empathetically, strong communication, and the ability to manage student devices and administrative tasks. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum one year working with students or teenagers, preferably in a school setting or youth discipline management.
• IT literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel to complete daily admin duties independently.
• Interpersonal: Strong communication to engage teenagers firmly yet empathetically, and ability to contact parents/guardians.
• Personal attributes: Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision, patient and calm.

Responsibilities

• Record, track, and monitor student late-coming; supervise detention or suspension.
• Conduct safety and discipline patrols around campus during and after hours.
• Assist teachers with investigating disciplinary incidents and provide guidance to involved students.
• Oversee secure management, temporary confiscation, and return of student devices.
• Assist supervision during assemblies, recess, dismissals, and events.
• Provide clerical support: data entry, updating databases, and filing logs/reports.
