Qualifications

• Minimum of a GCE N-Level certificate.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a school environment or equivalent capacity.
• Prior service in uniformed services (SAF/SPF) or similar is valued for operational security and training roles.

Responsibilities

• Fact-Finding and Case Investigation: Assist the school's discipline team in conducting thorough fact-finding and objective investigations into student misconduct and bullying incidents; gather information impartially and maintain clear, accurate case logs.
• Student Engagement & Pastoral Care: Engage both student offenders and victims to deliver basic guidance and pastoral care; build positive relationships with at-risk students and elevate concerns to stakeholders; monitor welfare after disciplinary actions.
• School Safety, Supervision & De-escalation: Conduct regular patrols, maintain an active presence in high-traffic areas, defuse conflicts with de-escalation techniques, and refer students to appropriate staff.
