Job summary

THINK ACADEMY INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION PTE. LTD. seeks a part-time in-center assistant to support in-class activities, materials preparation, and student engagement.

You will supervise children before and after classes, assist with organizing rewards, and help with inventory and restocking of supplies. Role requires coordinating with teachers, guiding students to classrooms, and communicating course information to parents.

Qualifications

• Assist in planning and executing student activities and managing rewards.
• Organize and inventory teaching materials and stationery.
• Coordinate with teachers and staff for class support.
• Share course information with parents and families to generate interest.

Responsibilities

• In-Center Class Activities: assist in planning and executing student activities, preparing and distributing small gifts, and managing coin exchange.
• Class Preparation Support: print teaching materials and prep textbooks for new semester, guide children to classrooms; supervise before/after classes and assist with restroom visits.
• Customer Service: share course info with parents, help them fill interest forms, and follow up on inquiries via WhatsApp.
• Any other ad-hoc duties required by the Management
