Job summary

Allkin Singapore Ltd is seeking a part-time locum Programme Assistant to support our Student Academy. If you can commit 16 to 20 hours per week, you’ll be paid an hourly rate and enjoy flexible, meaningful work within a community-focused program.

Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, supporting schoolwork, classroom management, and assisting with administrative duties and activity setup, with travel to other Student Academy centres as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to travel across other Student Academy centres (Cheng San/Sengkang).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily routines: oversee sign-in, temperature checks, lunch, shower, study, and activity sessions.
• Support schoolwork and individualized learning: guide reading, writing, math with guidance.
• Classroom management: set up and maintain materials, manage supplies, assist with lesson prep.
• Support behaviour and well-being: reinforce rules and help students stay focused.
• Administrative duties: filing, photocopying, laminating, organizing records, basic tech.
• Closing of centre: lock windows, lower blinds, turn off switches.
• Makerspace support: assist staff with setup, logistics, and operational support.
