GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Student Well-Being Associate to support incident documentation, restorative conversations, and supervision of in-house suspension. They will conduct campus patrols and monitor student interactions to reinforce school rules.

The role provides guidance to at-risk students, helps plan anti-bullying and cyber wellness programmes, and collaborates with Year Heads and counsellors to safeguard student well-being.

Qualifikationen

• Registered with MOE.
• Preferably qualifications in education, psychology, counselling, social work, or youth work.
• Preferably 2 years' relevant working experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist in preliminary fact-finding, incident documentation, and reviewing CCTV footage.
• Facilitate restorative conversations, reflective activities, and supervise in-house suspension.
• Conduct regular campus patrols during recess, lunch, and designated periods.
• Monitor student interactions, reinforce school rules, and identify potential safety concerns.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to at-risk students.
• Support planning and implementation of anti-bullying, cyber wellness, and well-being programmes.
• Mentor Student Well-Being Ambassadors for student-led initiatives and campaigns.
• Maintain records of student participation, attendance, and interventions.
• Collate programme evaluation data and provide periodic reports.
• Collaborate with Year Heads, Form Teachers, Operations Manager, and Counsellors.
• Coordinate with external programme providers for workshops and training.
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Report serious incidents and safeguarding concerns through established channels.
• Refer complex cases requiring counselling/assessment to appropriate school personnel.
