Job summary

Qualifications

• MOE registration is required or in process.
• Qualifications in education, psychology, counselling, social work or youth work preferred.
• Two years of relevant working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fact-finding, incident documentation, and CCTV reviews.
• Lead restorative conversations and supervise in-house suspensions.
• Conduct campus patrols during recess, lunch, and designated periods.
• Monitor student interactions, reinforce rules, identify safety concerns.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to at-risk students.
• Support anti-bullying, cyber wellness, and well-being programmes.
• Mentor Student Well-Being Ambassadors for initiatives and campaigns.
• Maintain records of participation, attendance, and interventions.
• Collate programme evaluation data and provide periodic reports.
• Collaborate with Year Heads, Form Teachers, Operations Manager, and Counsellors.
• Coordinate with external programme providers for workshops and training.
• Maintain boundaries, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Report serious incidents and safeguarding concerns through established channels.
• Refer complex counselling/assessment cases to appropriate school personnel.

Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–4:30pm

Key Roles

• Assist in preliminary fact-finding, incident documentation, and reviewing CCTV footage
• Facilitate restorative conversations, reflective activities, and supervise in-house suspension
• Conduct regular campus patrols during recess, lunch, and designated periods
• Monitor student interactions, reinforce school rules, and identify potential safety concerns
• Provide guidance and mentoring to at-risk students
• Support planning and implementation of anti-bullying, cyber wellness, and well-being programmes
• Mentor Student Well-Being Ambassadors for student-led initiatives and campaigns
• Maintain records of student participation, attendance, and interventions
• Collate programme evaluation data and provide periodic reports
• Collaborate with Year Heads, Form Teachers, Operations Manager, and Counsellors
• Coordinate with external programme providers for workshops and training
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and data protection
• Report serious incidents and safeguarding concerns through established channels
• Refer complex cases requiring counselling/assessment to appropriate school personnel

Requirements

• Preferably relevant qualifications in education, psychology, counselling, social work, or youth work
• Preferably 2 years' relevant working experience
