Job summary

Dynamic Safety PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated student supervisor to support primary school pupils. The role focuses on supervising students, building rapport, and identifying wellbeing concerns to ensure a safe and positive school environment.

You will coordinate with teachers, counsellors and parents, document interventions, and help with student reintegration and restorative conversations to promote healthy peer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience working with primary school-aged children.
• Experience in student management, pastoral care, behaviour management or counselling is an advantage.
• Former or retired educators are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roving supervision and monitor student behaviour and peer interactions.
• Build rapport with students and identify behavioural or well-being concerns.
• Manage conflicts and support students with challenging behaviours.
• Provide emotional support, behavioural guidance and restorative conversations.
• Conduct individual student check-ins and monitor their well-being.
• Coordinate with teachers, Year Heads, School Counsellors and parents on student cases.
• Document interventions and follow up on student support plans.
• Facilitate detention, guided reflection and student reintegration.
• Promote positive peer interactions, student leadership and self-directed learning.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming and conducive environment.
• Perform other student management duties as assigned by the school.
