Job summary

Dynamic Safety PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated mentor to support Higher Needs Students (HNS) with one-to-one guidance and coaching. The role focuses on promoting positive behaviour and resilience through targeted mentoring sessions and motivational talks.

You will assist with discipline-related investigations, support after-school neighbourhood patrols with Key Personnel, and engage with parents to discuss student development and conduct.

Qualifications

• Experience working with families and children is required.
• Ability to plan and conduct motivational or educational activities for youth is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one mentoring and befriending support to Higher Needs Students (HNS).
• Conduct motivational talks and engagement sessions to promote character development and positive behaviour.
• Assist with discipline-related fact-finding and investigations.
• Support neighbourhood patrolling with Key Personnel (KPs) afterschool hours.
• Assist the Discipline Master with parent engagement on student discipline and development.
