Job summary

London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) in Singapore is seeking a proactive Student Services Executive to support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing student assistance. You will help students access learning platforms, manage enquiries, and ensure a smooth student journey from onboarding through graduation.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, coordinating with departments, and maintaining accurate records to support positive student experiences at LSBF.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, student services, administration, education services, hospitality, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate and mature worker welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and orientation for new students.
• Serve as a key point of contact for student enquiries.
• Assist students with Moodle, student email accounts, and other learning platforms.
• Monitor and track student attendance records.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support student needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of student services processes.
