Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive administrator to support international students with pre-departure and arrival activities, while coordinating with outsourced vendors on Student Pass processes and data entry.

You will organise integration and wellbeing events for new students and manage timely responses to Student Pass enquiries, alongside handling insurance registrations, Meet & Greet services, and broad student communications across social media and web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-departure and arrival briefings for incoming international students
• Coordinate with outsourced vendors on Student Pass and application data entry, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
• Organise integration and wellbeing events for new local and international students
• Manage the Student Pass enquiry mailbox, meeting same-day response KPIs
• Administer in/outpatient student medical insurance registration and handle related enquiries
• Coordinate Meet & Greet services - airport pick-ups, medical appointments, Student Pass collection scheduling
• Maintain student-facing communications across social media and web platforms
• Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
