AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Administrator to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HR operations and general admin tasks.

You will liaise with hiring managers and agencies, maintain records, coordinate travel, process expense claims and assist with work pass applications and renewals. The role offers exposure to regional HR processes and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: liaise with managers, agencies and candidates.
• Maintain candidate tracking and onboarding materials.
• Support background checks and new hire orientation.
• Manage employee records, files and HR databases.
• Coordinate benefits enrolment and queries.
• Handle HR calendars, work pass applications, relocations, and offboarding tasks.
• Support travel arrangements and expense claims.
