Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a student management officer to support positive student conduct, supervise interactions, and document incidents and follow-ups.

You will build relationships with staff and parents, liaise with guardians, and ensure timely guidance, de-escalation when needed, and accurate record-keeping, with a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a relevant field and at least two years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & stakeholder-management skills.

• Build positive relationships; provide timely guidance and follow-up.
• Supervise students; monitor interactions/patterns; report emerging concerns.
• Collaborate with school staff/stakeholders; liaise with parents/guardians.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, interventions, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication & stakeholder-management skills
